Joann Younger

Joann Younger, the owner of Renaissance has been involved in the fashion world since 1975 when she and partner Kathy Osborne (President Reagan's personal secretary) opened "Sacks Howe Avenue," a trendy juniors store in Sacramento. Upon Kathy's departure for Washington D.C. Joann opened "Chantilly Lace" a boutique in Town & Country Village, expanding to Loehmans Plaza. She sold "Chantilly Lace" and moved to Carmel, California for several years. Needing to nurture her retail soul, Joann returned to Sacramento and opened Renaissance. The rest, as they say, is history... Joann is willing to travel anywhere to acquire beautiful clothing. She has even flown to New York on a days notice to pick up a room full of vintage Chanel!
